At KRON, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance products, or items marked “Final Sale.”

• Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
